Higher Order provides educational, coaching, academic management, online learning, live-class, communication and administrative services through its systems.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their authorized account.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Authorized users may connect their Google Account and Google Calendar to Higher Order ERP to support calendar and live-class functionality.

By connecting Google Calendar, the user authorizes Higher Order to access the Google Calendar permissions requested during the Google OAuth authorization process.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Higher Order may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet and other service providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content, software, branding, designs and materials provided by Higher Order are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

9. Privacy
